Letting Agents Appointed for Hamilton International Park

HFD Group and AWG Property have announced the appointment of Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton as joint letting agents for Hamilton International Park.

The business park has been growing and expanding at a rapid rate and the agents will play a crucial role in attracting new businesses to the area and ensuring that Hamilton International Park remains one of Scotland’s leading business locations.

The appointment of the new agents, headed up by Bill Colville at DTZ, David Smith at LSH and Nick Barrett at Cushman & Wakefield will provide a further boost to Hamilton International Park, which is in the midst of a second Phase of expansion.

The second phase of development includes building a further 319,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation and investing in a host of new services and facilities for park tenants.
