Senior Team Expansion at HFD HF Developments have
appointed Stephen Lewis as Development Director, to assist with the further expansion.
Stephen's appointment comes at a time of major growth across the three arms of
the HFD Group, with further expansion into the Glasgow market Stephen comes
to HFD from Colliers CRE, having successfully established and grown the Development
Consulting & Regeneration Department in Scotland. No stranger to Lanarkshire,
prior to Colliers, Stephen was Property & Development Manager at Scottish
Enterprise Lanarkshire with responsibility for SEL's extensive property portfolio. His
role within the HFD Group emcompasses Strathclyde Business Park, Hamilton International
Park, 1 Forrest Gate and G1 Glasgow, alongside sourcing new development opportunities
for office led schemes including HFDs leading serviced office provision. Stephen
commented: "The opportunity to join HFD, a progressive and assertive developer
with a significant track record in delivery was one not to be missed. As Development
Director the role balances working with the extensive existing portfolio as well
as new projects, building on the companies significant development pipeline. The
existing portfolio includes a mix of Scotland's leading business parks with prime
City Centre schemes such as G1 and Westergate with more to follow." HFD
