Baking Up A Storm at Strathclyde Business Park Bellissimo,
the latest retailer to join Strathclyde Business Park, is baking up a storm amongst
the Strathclyde Business Park's 6,000 employees having opened its doors this week.
The store, located in the Park's Retail Parade is a new coffee shop concept operated
by Mathieson's Bakeries, Scotland's leading Bakery and Mall Cafe operator. Stocking
an exciting new range of freshly made food baked daily in store, Italian coffee
and delicious cakes, Bellissimo also supply mobile catering services throughout
the Park, providing a selection of hot and cold food and cakes.

Manager Anne Marie Docherty, commented: " My staff and I are really thrilled
to launch Bellissimo, we've had a fantastic response to our tasty savouries, cakes
and sandwiches! We all look forward to meeting more of the park residents in the
coming weeks.'
Stephen Lewis, HFD's Development Director, was amongst
the first of Bellissimo's customers. "We're delighted to welcome Bellissimo
to the Park and wish them every success in their new venture."
