Further Job Boost for Hamilton International Park with
the Arrival of Carillion In what is rapidly shaping up to be the one of
the most successful years in the Park's history, HF Developments have concluded
a deal with AMBS, a subsidiary of Carillion, for Fenick House at Hamilton International
Park. The 24,000 sq ft office building is currently under construction,
with Carillion taking occupation in July, bringing a further 250 staff to the
Park, to join the existing 4,000 employees currently based there. Carillion have
made a long term commitment at Fenick House, at a rental of £17 per sq ft. Just
last month HF announced the pre-let to First Engineering for a 70,000 sq ft purpose
built training centre, and Managing Director, William Hill, is delighted to add
Carillion to the list of well known occupiers at the Park. "Hamilton
International has been successful in consistently attracting a high calibre of
tenant, as the recent lettings demonstrate. We are delighted to welcome Carillion
to the Park. "With investment sales reaching £82m in the last
12 months, the Park has been firmly established as a destination of choice to
locate and invest." The last two years have seen considerable investment
in the Park by HF Developments, with the completion of the Park's Retail Parade,
assuming responsibility of the Park Management, the expansion of serviced office
space, installation of bus stops and provision of free bus travel for tenants,
alongside the construction of further office space.
