It's Full House at Strathclyde Business Park's Retail Parade HF
Developments have concluded a 10 year deal for the last remaining unit in the
Park Retail Parade. The 558 sq ft until has been let to Bellissimo, a new coffee
shop concept operated by Mathieson's Bakeries, Scotland's leading Bakery and Mall
Cafe operator. The store will open in July and will sell an exciting new
range of freshly made food baked daily in store, Italian coffee and delicious
cakes. Bellissimo will also supply mobile catering services throughout the Park,
providing a selection of hot and cold food, along with Barista quality coffee. Bellissimo
will join O'Briens, MYO, the Avondale Bar & Grill and Lily Room, Jack and
Jills Day Care Nursery, Terminal 5 convenience store, Abbey National, the Hilton
and LivingWell gym in serving the Park's 5,500 strong workforce. Park Developer
HFD have consistently invested in improving tenants amenities and facilities,
and managing director William Hill is confident that this latest addition will
