HF Developments Set New Headline Rent in Glasgow On
a damp Friday afternoon, a handshake on a Glasgow roof-top secured G1 Glasgow's
first tenant. At an exclusive ceremony on January 30th, G1 Glasgow topped out,
with Development Director Stephen Lewis indicating that an announcement on the
first occupier was imminent. What the assembled guests were unaware of,
was the fact that the tenant was amongst the party. HFD are delighted to announce
that leading construction and international property consultancy Gardiner &
Theobold have signed a deal to occupy the first floor of the building, setting
a new headline rental in Glasgow of £29.50 per sq ft. Gardiner &
Theobold expect to be in occupation in their 12, 314 sq ft office in October.

completion. "We have always maintained that G1 will provide the best
accommodation in Glasgow, which is reflected in the new headline rental achieved.

when the building is completed later in the year."
