Hoover Establishes Research & Development Centre at 1 Forrest Gate

HF Developments are pleased to announce that Hoover Candy have signed a fifteen year lease for 8,555 sq ft at 1 Forrest Gate.

The deal will see Hoover re-locate from Cambuslang and establish their small domestic appliance research and development centre at the Park.

1 Forrest Gate is already home to Bright Horizons Day Care Nursery, and with the pre-let to Kwik Financial Services, just 28,000 sq ft now remains across the ground and first floors. DTZ, Colliers CRE and Cushman and Wakefield are joint letting agents for 1 Forrest Gate.

The building provides high quality, low cost accommodation with a very generous car parking ratio of 1 space per 187 sq ft.
