Leading Safety Specialists MSA Britain Re-Locate to Strathclyde
Business Park Leading providers of bespoke safety equipment MSA Britain
have chosen to re-locate their UK and Ireland HQ to Strathclyde Business Park
(SBP). The deal will see MSA occupy all of the 6,600 sq ft Locard House, located
in the heart of the Park's Avondale Campus. With fit out now completed, MSA staff
have begun the move into their new office. MSA's Director Michael Burdon,
explained the rationale for the move. "We were looking for a working environment
which reflected our corporate identity and Locard House was ideally suited. This,
coupled with HFD's flexible approach in managing our fit out made it an astute
move for us. Stephen Lewis, Development Director at HF Developments, is
delighted with the yet another letting at SBP. "Once again, Strathclyde Business
Park proves to be the location of choice for occupiers. We are justifiably proud
of the business community we've created, and we look forward to introducing MSA's
staff to life on the Park. "The range of amenities available was a
key attraction for MSA and we continue to work alongside the 6,000 staff we have
onsite to maintain that all important work/life balance." MSA Britain

Distillers, Virgin Media, Scottish Enterprise and Coatbridge College.
