HFD
began the development of Grade A office space at Hamilton International Park in
2000, with construction of serviced office buildings International House, and
Prospect House. Two more buildings quickly followed, with Campsie House
(now occupied by ICM Computer Group) and Kilpatrick House being completed in 2004. Bespoke
buildings were also constructed for ScottishPower, who opened their Centre of
Excellence in 2005 in New Aspect House, alongside First Engineering, who re-located
staff from four different locations to their new Headquarters in Kintail House. The
Park's retail parade was built as part of the next phase of construction, whch
also encompassed Fenick House (let to Carillion), Fintry House and Ochil House. First
Engineering (now Babcock Rail) expanded their presence on the Park and in 2009
work was completed on their new 70,000 sq ft training facility. For
