| A pre-eminent, global full service investment bank, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter officially opened their first European Call Centre in Orchardton Woods in Cumbernauld in May 2000.
The £18million development was the culmination of a two year relationship to provide a suitable environment for the 1400 staff who would work there. HFD Developments managed the project from assisting in site selection, providing the building design and subsequently constructing the 75,000 sq ft call centre.
