| HFD were delighted to acquire
the former GPO building in George Square in November 2005. Following extensive
consultation with Glasgow City Council, Historic Scotland, planning permission
for the re-development of the building was granted in March 2006. The £70m
re-development started on site in April 2007 following completion of internal
demolition works. A four storey glass roof extension to the building will provide
breathtaking views across the City. Due for completion in late 2009 HFD
will reveal Glasgow's most prestigious office development to date, at Glasgow's
