1 Forrest Gate, the Scottish
contact centre of tyre fitters Kwik Fit, was bought in October 2006. The 30,000
sq ft building is based in Tannochside Business Park, a mixed use development
nine miles east of Glasgow.
The building is home to Kwik Fit
and Bright Horizons nursery.
Re-development plans include introducing
a mezzanine floor to increase the overall space available to 50,000 sqft.
